During your visit, we hope you enjoy yourself and choose to join us. We always welcome men who like to sing. Here's how to become a member of the performing chorus:

1.  Attend at least four chapter meetings. You'll want
to insure that barbershopping is "for you".
2.  On your second visit, you will be given the sheet
music and a learning CD to one of our barberpole cat
songs "My Wild Irish Rose", or you can download it from
the mp3 tracks shown below. You
are encouraged to
learn the words and notes at home.
3.  On your third visit, our director will give you a vocal
assessment to determine voice quality, pitch
     matching, and sight reading.
4.  On your fourth visit you will be asked to sing My Wild
Irish Rose in a quartet without music.
5.  If successful with steps 3 and 4, you may obtain a
membership application from our chapter secre-
tary. His name and picture are shown in the Our
Admin Team page. The secretary will explain our
     annual dues.
6.  After your application is approved:
     -  Contact our uniform chairman who will assist
you in obtaining the chorus shirts and uniform.
     -  Contact the chapter photographer and web-
master so that he has a snapshot to add to the
Our Members page. He will also provide you
access to our Members Only page.
